• Shop Information: Store name, store URL, contact email, and Shopify domain.
• Shopify Data: Product details (title, description, type, vendor), and other store data as required for app functionality.
• Usage Data: Number of products processed, plan usage, and analytics related to app performance.
• Personal Information: If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and any information you provide.

We do not collect or store customer (shopper) data unless explicitly required for a feature and with your consent.

• Provide and improve the App's functionality
• Generate product descriptions using OpenAI's API
• Track usage and manage subscription plans
• Communicate with you about your account or support requests
• Comply with legal and Shopify requirements

4. Sharing of Information

• With Shopify: As required for app operation and compliance with Shopify's API License and Terms of Use.
• With OpenAI: Product data is sent to OpenAI's API to generate descriptions. We do not send personal or customer data to OpenAI.
• With Service Providers: For hosting, analytics, or support, only as necessary and under confidentiality agreements.
• As Required by Law: If required to comply with legal obligations or protect our rights.

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Security

• We retain your shop and usage data only as long as necessary to provide the App's services and comply with legal obligations.
• We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

6. Data Deletion & Uninstallation

• When you uninstall the App, we receive a notification from Shopify and will delete all store-related data from our servers within 30 days, except as required by law.
• You may also request data deletion at any time by contacting us (see Contact Information below).

Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA) to access, correct, or delete your data. To exercise these rights, please contact us.
